The road to recovery begins with you.

We provide mobile services to make therapy convenient for you in your home, office, or on the field.

Our mission is to deliver precision care to the orthopedic and sports population by approaching the body holistically and using treatments based on current scientific literature.

Return to doing what you love as early as possible.

Our doctorate level physical therapists take the necessary time to assess your needs and make evidence-based decisions to improve your pain and movement. We provide 1-on-1 therapy session so you can receive the best care throughout the whole treatment.

Direct Access

We offer Direct Access to the public which mean referrals are not necessary to receive physical therapy treatment. We can treat you immediately so you can recover faster and save you time and money. Additionally, we can treat all body regions in which a referral may limit your treatment to a single body part only. We can provide therapy up to 12 sessions or 45 days, whichever comes first, before requiring a referral for treatment.

Let us help you reach your goals faster.

Expectations

The initial evaluation and treatment is typically 60-90 minutes long due to completing paperwork and ensuring your safety for therapy through a full examination. The treatment time is dependent on the length of the evaluation—the more body parts involved, the shorter the treatment time. The therapist will bring a therapy table and his or her equipment to your home.

The follow-up treatment should last 60 minutes and will mostly consist of therapy treatment. The physical therapist may take measurements if any changes to your symptoms occur or to track your progress.

Cupping therapy should last 30 minutes and will involve both static positioning and movement stretching. Each cup placement will only be on you for up to 5 minutes. This includes a short assessment.

Audio recording will be used to ensure safety for both you and the therapist, and for documentation purposes.

Payment is due at the end of the therapy session.
